[updates] TW:R and Facebook

The TW:R app is now running very well with all bug that were reported in the game fixed. Also now on when playing from the our site you will not see anything facebook thing loading resulting in no more lag.

I'll be working on creating link to publish onto facebook without having to load facebook lib into the game at all that way you still be able to tell you friend what is going on

Since the application is live this test will have to occur in the live server so you may see some fb button appear at some point
